PENDING ADMINISTRATIVE DISSOLUTION/REVOCATION

If you received a letter indicating your business is Pending Administrative Dissolution or Revocation of Registration, you need to file your Business Entity Report by the deadline on the letter. Businesses are required to file these reports every other year.
