SOS - Business Services Appointment Scheduler   Beneficial Owner Reporting Requirement

The Secretary of State's Bulk Data Services allows INBiz users to purchase Business Entity and Trademark records on file with the State of Indiana.

You must have an INBiz account in order to purchase and download these bulk files. Select Login or Create an Account to continue. UCC Bulk Services will be available through INBiz in 2019. Current UCC Bulk Services may be accessed by selecting the "Uniform Commercial Code" tab below.

Business Entity

One-Time Download

The "One-time Download" is a data file that is generated on the first of each month which contains information
on all businesses that have been registered with the Secretary of State as of the last day of the previous
month.

Download with monthly Updates

The Bulk Data Download with Monthly Update provides the same data file as the "One-time Bulk Data
Download." In addition, it also includes access to monthly updates for the next 12 months. The monthly files
contains all entity monthly updates and all new business filings. There is a fee of $9,500 to download the bulk
file. In addition, there is a $500 fee for each monthly file that the user chooses to download.

Monthly Listing of New Businesses

The Monthly listing of New Businesses is a spreadsheet containing basic details on Indiana and Out-of-State
businesses that registered with the Secretary of State’s office in the previous month. Click here to download a
sample of the monthly list. The file is generated in a CSV format. Click here for instructions on converting the
file to an Excel format.

Trademark

The "Trademark One-Time Download" files are generated on the first of each month and contain information
and images on all Trademarks that have been registered with the Secretary of State as of the last day of the
previous month.

Uniform Commercial Code

The information includes data and images currently on file with the Business Services Division. Because of its
size, the initial image download is sent to you on electronic media. Incremental updates, if you opt to receive them, are
available via Web download.
